organize your pictures:
Place the pictures in the order you would like them to appear and then number them on the back so the numbers can be clearly seen.
Then specify where you want the titles to appear and what you want them to say on the provided sheets.
Also fill out the music selection sheet.
Suggestions:
Include bright colored, candid photos that show personality and action. Choose pictures that have special meaning. Stay away from plain pictures and photos that are out of focus or washed out. Unless there is no other choice, shy away from pictures that have been cropped and used for scrapbooks. You may also wish to include special mementos such as child's artwork, birth certificates, wedding license, wedding announcements, diplomas, etc.

Instructions for Marking your Home Video Clips:
Accepted video formats: SVHS, VHS, VHSC, 8mm, Hi-8, Digital 8, and DV. Rewind the video tape (very important) Push the reset button to set the clock counter to 0.00 You must use a VCR that has an actual time counter (ex. Minutes and seconds. Most newer VCR's have these counters). Your VCR counter must be in time intervals of 60 seconds Push play to start your video As you get to a portion you would like on the video, push pause and write down the time of the highlight and a detailed description of the scene. When the highlight is over, mark that time as well. It is very important that the description is detailed so we can be sure the include the correct clip. Continue to do this throughout all the tapes you would like in the video. When you've finished, rewind the tape to the beginning.

Shipping and Handling Instructions:
Place the pictures in a seal able plastic bag (use a big zip lock one so no humidity can contact them).
Place cardboard slabs on both sides of the zip lock bag.
The stiffness keeps photos from bending.
Bubble wrap the bag of pictures and all home video footage and place inside a sturdy cardboard box.
We return all material in the same way it is shipped to us, in the same condition.
